Greenhouse Cooling Systems

COOLING SYSTEM (FAN PED SYSTEM)

Greenhouses need to be cooled during the warmer seasons, in addition to being heated in the cold season. High temperatures in the greenhouse during cold and cool season can be prevented by ventilation. In the southern regions of our country, the air temperature increases after a short heating period. In this period, the temperature in the greenhouse may have a negative impact on plant growth. Due to the effect of solar lights in greenhouses, especially in summer, the temperature in the greenhouse can be 5-10 ° C higher than the outside air temperature. This can also lead to a reduction and stoppage of the plants. In other words, the substance gained by the extraction of the plant may be less than the loss of respiration. In plants, photosynthesis increases from 0 ° C to 20 ° C. After this degree of extraction is reduced, and at 40 ° C, there is a reduction in potato and tomato. In warmer months, there is no cooling application in greenhouses. In greenhouses grown only ornamental plants, as long as it is economical, cooling can be done.
