Greenhouse Heating Systems

HEATING OF MODERN GREENHOUSES

       Heating systems used in greenhouses are heating systems which are applied by heating, heating, heating with hot air, heating with hot air, using natural energy (solar and geothermal energy) and heating, electric energy and heating.

 Heating systems that provide heating by circulating a fluid in a closed system by heating are the first investment and operating costs. It is recommended to use such systems in greenhouses with a size less than 2.5 decares. When calculating the heating in a modern greenhouse, it should be calculated as 150 calories per m2.

The traditional understanding of greenhouse heating is to break the cold. In modern greenhouse cultivation, although the greenhouse heating is a subject that is carefully emphasized, one of the most important cost items is the necessity of efficient use of heating. Heating of greenhouses is an issue that should be examined in detail in order to obtain high yield and quality from plants and to provide the expected income from the investment. In addition to heat in greenhouses, moisture balance is another important issue. Therefore, the systems used in greenhouses for ideal air conditioning are as follows;

Heating system: It is used to provide the desired temperature environment of the plant.

Circulation Fans: It is used for a good heat dissipation and moisture balance.

Fogging System: It is used for providing moisture balance and cooling.

Heat Curtain and Shading System: It provides heat saving at night, it is used for shading and cooling during warm hours during daytime.

Ventilation Windows: It is used to give fresh air into the greenhouse from the windows mounted on the greenhouse roof.

Cooling Systems: Heat attenuator is used in cases where other systems are not sufficient. Evaporative cooling systems are widely used because energy efficiency is low.

Automation Systems: Although it is difficult to use the devices in all of these systems manually, there will be serious damages to the greenhouse operation because the errors will cause serious losses in efficiency. For this reason, the automation system is used to measure the climate parameters with the sensors inside and outside the house and to ensure the automatic operation of all systems. Although the ideal temperature in greenhouses varies according to the type of plant, if it is to be given an interval, it should be between 16 and 27 degrees at night and 14-10 degrees at night and 8-10 degrees at night. The plants consume carbohydrates that they accumulate during the day by photosynthesis at night through respiration.

Heating with Heating

       The heating and heating system in modern greenhouses is a preferred form of heating. The heating pipes are generally positioned so that they are aligned along the length of the plant to the greenhouse floor. In this way, these pipes are also used as rails in harvest and maintenance cars. In addition, these heating pipes can be placed on the plant in addition to increase efficiency. The hot water circulating in the pipe is provided by the circulating pump. Due to malfunction and maintenance stoppages, one of the circulation pumps is 2 units. Taken. Enterprises that do not use geothermal resources as fuel use coal boiler and can work with more than one boiler in lower capacity instead of having a single boiler with a large capacity depending on the size of the greenhouse area. In this case, the load of the heating system to more than one boiler in the event of a malfunction in the event of a failure to prevent the whole system is advantageous.
